We are commited to quality products and your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your opened, but unused, unword and unsoiled purchase, you may return it to our warehouse within 30 Days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product less a 15%-25% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Exceptions apply. Please see below.

Terms of Policy
- All returned merchandise must be our labeled merchandise in factory perfect like-new resellable condition (stakes and teathers must be unopened and unused) and returned to our warehouse within 30 days from date you received the merchandise as per Fed-Ex Tracking details. CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE IS NOT RETURNABLE.
- All costs in returning merchandise to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility, unless there is an error on our part related to your order, in which case, you are viewing the wrong information. Please review the [ Our Error Merchandise Return / Exchange Policies ] if your return is a result of our error.
- All open merchandise return requests must be made online through our web site by submitting an online [ Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number). When filling out the form, be specific with the information. All return requests must include the customer's order number.
- When submitting a [ Return Request Form ], you will have the option to select a refund or store credit.
- Refund - receive a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned less a 15%-25% restocking fee and less shipping and handling and any processing fees incurred in the placing of the customer's order.
- Store Credit - receive a store credit for the purchase price of the item(s) being returned less a 15%-25% restocking fee and less shipping and handling and any processing fees incurred in the placing of the customer's order. Store credits are good for one (1) full calendar year.
- Restocking fees for perfect like new merchandise are 15% for items of $99.95 or less at regular retail pricing. All items $100 or more have a 25% restocking fee. Sale merchandise has a 25% restocking fee. We do not take clearance items back. If the merchandise returned is not perfect like new condition, we reserve the right to double or triple restocking fees or refuse the return all together based on condition of the merchandise being returned.

Return Merchandise Exceptions
- Santa Suits, Mrs Claus Costumes, Halloween Costumes and other costumes and accessories will incure a 25% restocking fee. All other returnable merchandise will incure a 15% restocking fee.
- All sales for holiday specific merchandise, sold within 15 days prior to or after the product's intended holiday will be considered as a Holiday Clearance Sale Item and not returnable unless defective. All other clearance merchandise is sold as final sale and not returnable for any reason. This return policy will not apply to these types of sales.
- All holiday specific merchandise that is being returned opened must be received in our warehouse prior to the intended holiday. We will not accept returns for opened merchandise after the intended holiday.
- We will only accept pre-authorized returns. All returns that do not included an RMA Number on the outer box will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
- All opened items must be in factory perfect like-new resellable condition. We will not accept used, worn, soiled or damaged merchandise back. If the item is returened used, soiled or damaged, the item(s) will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
- The following items are not returnable once opened: Party Paper Goods, Party In A Box Items, T-Shirts, Wigs & Beards, Shoes, Under Garments including Santa Stuffers, Stockings, etc. and any other hygiene sensitive product including Make-Up.
- All returns beyond the 30 day period will be refused and returned to customer at customer's expense.

Refund Proceedures
- All qualifying refund request returns will receive a refund for the purchase price (less 15%-25% and less S&H and processing fees) for the product(s) being returned.
- All refunds on products that qualified for free shipping will be refunded less our costs incurred in shipping the merchandise to you. So in other words... if you order an item that has free shipping, if you should decide to not keep the item, you will pay for the original shipping costs to ship the item to you. This charge will be deducted from the refund or credit provided. We can not assume the loss of said shipping cost because YOU decided to changed your mind. Sorry.
- All refunds will be provided in the same method as the original payment was made.

Store Credit Proceedures
- All qualifying store credit request returns will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase price of the item(s) being returned less a 15%-25% restocking fee and less shipping and handling and any processing fees incurred in the placing of the customer's order.
- All store credits are good for one (1) full calendar year.

How To Return An Item
Prior to returning an item, please read all the above policies and then and only then submit a [ Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number).
- All returns must be pre-authorized and have a valid RMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA Number will be refused and returned to customer at customer's expense.
- Carefully re-pack your item(s) with all parts, instructions, power cords, included accessories, etc, in the same or similar shipping box that you received it in. DO NOT Ship the item back in the retail (colored) packaging. If you fail to ship your item in an outer shipping box, like you received it... a 10% handling and repacking fee will apply. On the outside of the shipping box, please print your RMA Number in large bold letters. Use a permanant marker to assure it will not rub off or fade. Be also sure to include your return address on the package. We will not accept returns without an outer shipping box or without an RMA Number.
- All returns must be post marked no later then 3 business days after receipt of RMA Number. Please do not procrastinate shipping back the item. The faster we receive it, the faster we can issue a store credit or refund.
- All return shipments must be shipped to us by Fed-Ex or UPS Ground Service only. Please be sure to return items using Fedex or UPS, as we are unable to accept deliveries from other carriers at this time. Also be assured to insure your shipment. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- All costs in returning merchandise to us is the customer's responsibility.

- Please follow all the very simple instructions above. If the packages are not shipped and addressed as above, our local Fed-Ex and UPS facilities have been instructed to not deliver the package to us and they will automatically return it to the customer at the customer's expense. So please follow the simple instructions.
