Terms of Policy
- HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE USED FOR THE INTENDED HOLIDAY IS NOT RETURNABLE AFTER THE HOLIDAY!
See Defect Return Merchandise Exceptions below for more details.
- All defect claims must be in compliance with the terms of the product's specific [ Products Warranties ]. and be filed within the noted number of days from date of delivery by submitting an online [ Defective Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number).
- All returned defective merchandise must be purchased from our web site and must be an actual factory defect. We do not accept returns of items purchased elsewhere or items that were damaged by shipping or in the customer's possession.
- All merchandise sold at our regular retail (non-clearance or not on sale) prices will receive free return shipping for defective merchandise, with the exception of items that received free shipping or items that are large and oversized, such as the life-ize animations, snow globes, light show trees etc. All clearance, sale items, items with free shipping and oversized shipping items... if a defect is found the customer is responsible to pay for return shipping the item to us or the manufacturer... and we or the manuacturer will pay to return the repaired or replacement item to the customer. If you dis-agree with this policy, please read the next paragraph.
- It is the customer's choice to shop and buy products online. When buying products online, it is your choice to do so and have the items shipped to you. You are free to purcahse locally. So in making the choice of ordering online, these policies are necessary to reduce unneccessary loss and or confusion. If you do not agree with any of these terms... please purchase our products locally from a store near you where you dont incure shipping costs.

Defect Return Merchandise Exceptions
- Merchandise sold as clearance merchandise is sold as Final Sale. No returns - No Exchanges, No Retailer Warranty. We will not accept any returns on clearance merchandise. Please see product's packaging for manufacturer's warranty information. We will honor the manufacturer's warrant and exchange the item for you if defective, but because we sold the item at clearance we took a loss. We can not cover shipping costs for the replacement of the item. Customer pays to ship the item to us... and we will pay to ship the replacement to you, but we casn not cover shipping both ways. Sorry.
- HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE USED FOR THE INTENDED HOLIDAY IS NOT RETURNABLE AFTER THE HOLIDAY! ... unless you contact us prior to the holiday with claim of defect. All claims for defective merchandise MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO THE HOLIDAY. No Exceptions and No Excuses. it takes 2 minutes to file a defect claim. We will not tolerate the use of a so called defective item for the holiday and than allow a return at a later date just so you get a new one for next year. Sorry... that will not happen. That is deliberate abuse of warranty and not tolerated as we honor the manufacturer's warranty as a courtesy. So if your item stops working even a day or two before the holiday, contact us immediately by way of filling out the defect claim form.
- We will only accept pre-authorized returns. All returns that do not included an RMA Number on the outer box will be returned to customer at customer's expense.
- All returns beyond the specified warranty number of days or the specific holiday will be refused and returned to customer at customer's expense.

Defect Proceedures
- Defect merchandise will be repaired and returned to the customer. If we can not repair the defect, we will replace the defective item with the same exact item if available. If the item is not available, we will issue the customer a store credit for the full cost of the item so the customer can select another item on our website.
- We do not issue refunds for defective merchandise. Store credits will only be issued if we can not repair or replace the defective item.
- All store credits are good for one (1) full calendar year.

How To Return An Item
Prior to returning an item, please read all the above policies and then and only then submit a [ Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number).
- All returns must be pre-authorized and have a valid RMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA Number will be refused and returned to customer at customer's expense.
- Carefully re-pack your item(s) with all parts, instructions, power cords, included accessories, etc, in the same or similar shipping box that you received it in. DO NOT Ship the item back in the retail (colored) packaging. If you fail to ship your item in an outer shipping box, like you received it... a 10% handling and repacking fee will apply. On the outside of the shipping box, please print your RMA Number in large bold letters. Use a permanant marker to assure it will not rub off or fade. Be also sure to include your return address on the package. We will not accept returns without an outer shipping box or without an RMA Number.
- All returns must be post marked no later then 3 business days after receipt of RMA Number. Please do not procrastinate shipping back the item. The faster we receive it, the faster we can issue a store credit or refund.
- All return shipments must be shipped to us by Fed-Ex or UPS Ground Service only. Please be sure to return items using Fedex or UPS, as we are unable to accept deliveries from other carriers at this time. Also be assured to insure your shipment. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- All costs in returning merchandise to us is the customer's responsibility.

- Please follow all the very simple instructions above. If the packages are not shipped and addressed as above, our local Fed-Ex and UPS facilities have been instructed to not deliver the package to us and they will automatically return it to the customer at the customer's expense. So please follow the simple instructions.
