Terms of Policy
- Simple, if we sent you the wrong item, just submit a [ Wrong Item Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) and a Pre-Paid Return Label.
- The customer will have the option of reshipment, refund or store credit.

Wrong Item Merchandise Exceptions
- This policy only covers merchandise that was shipped do to OUR error. Customer not reading product description or ordering the wrong item does not apply to this policy.
- If the customer orders the wrong item or mis-read product description or assusmed the product is other then described on our website, the customer can still return the item through the correct return policies.

Wrong Merchandise Proceedures
- Once we receive the wrong items we will reship the correct item, issue a refund or store credit.
- All refunds will be provided in the same method as the original payment was made.
- All store credits are good for one (1) full calendar year.

How To Return An Item
Prior to returning an item, please read all the above policies and then and only then submit a [ Wrong Item Return Request Form ] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA Number) and Pre-Paid Return Label.
- All returns must be pre-authorized and have a valid RMA Number. Returns without a valid RMA Number will be refused and returned to customer at customer's expense.
- Carefully re-pack the item(s) in the same or similar shipping box that you received it in. DO NOT Ship the item back in the retail (colored) packaging. If you fail to ship your item in an outer shipping box, like you received it... a 10% handling and repacking fee will apply. On the outside of the shipping box, please print your RMA Number in large bold letters. Use a permanant marker to assure it will not rub off or fade. Be also sure to include your return address on the package.
- Customers will receive a Free Return Shipping Label for Fed-Ex Ground Return Shipping. Customer will need a printer to print out the Pre-Paid Return Label and affix to the package being returned.
- After customer prints and affix the label, the customer will need to call Fed-Ex for a Package pick-up or drop it off at a local Fed-Ex Drop Off Center, Including FedEx Kinkos.
