  All other holiday decoration items sold on our websites are not covered by any warranty because of the nature of the product. However most items are covered by a 7-Day Defect Policy. Some exceptions apply.

  Costumes and other wearables and their respective accessories are not covered by any warranty. No, you ripping or tearing a seam or fabric is not considered a defect. Costumes are not designed like every day clothes. They are not durable and do not hold up well to stress. All costumes are considered final sale once opened.
  
  
  
• Prototypes, Closeout, Clearance and Final Sale Merchandise
